February 24th Ready Set Go:  Come to explore and learn more about the Broker Duties and other required disclosures in a fun and interactive way.  

February 25th Triple D:  This course explains the critical differences between deadline defaults and non-deadline or "other" defaults and some NMAR Residential Purchase Agreement definitions.

February 26th One Thing Leads to Another: learn about the primary contingencies in the NMAR Residential Purchase Agreement and how automatic terminations can work in conjunction with defaults. 

February 27th Inspections, ORRs, and Repairs: This class focuses on the do's and don'ts of the inspection and repair process.
