This course will increase the licensee's professional competence by helping them understand the implications of the NAR Settlement Agreement of 2024.  Licensee's will be better prepared to explain the new requirements for Buyer Broker compensation to buyers and sellers.  We'll also discuss negotiating with buyers and sellers at appointments.
